These terms govern your use of the TRUE Services platform. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. What we provide

TRUE Services helps you pay less for subscription services. We sell access to subscription top-ups and plans fulfilled by our partners. We are an independent service and are not an authorized reseller or official partner of Spotify, Google, Netflix or any other brand.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Never share your password with anyone — including TRUE staff. We will never ask for your password in plain text.

3. Purchases & delivery

The price, required information and expected delivery time are shown before you pay. Delivery is manual and performed by our team. Where a service requires activation on your own account, you keep ownership of that account.

4. Refunds & protection

Eligible orders are covered by the protection period shown on the product page. See our refund and protection policies for details.

5. Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute or abuse any service obtained through TRUE Services, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

TRUE Services is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
