Why we built TRUE

Why does TRUE Services exist?

It started with a simple observation: most of us pay full retail for the same subscriptions month after month, often without questioning whether there's a better way.

We found dependable ways to access some of these services for less than retail. We used them ourselves first, then built the parts that make the experience clear: pricing, fulfillment, tracking, and support.

So we built TRUE Services around one principle: if we wouldn't use it ourselves, we wouldn't offer it.

What that means in practice

We choose carefully

We don't fill the store with every service imaginable. We only offer what we're confident about and comfortable standing behind.

We work with partners we believe in

Every service is fulfilled through partners we've tested. If a partner can't meet our standard, the service doesn't launch.

We're transparent about delivery

Fulfillment is manual and clearly explained. You see expected timing and every step of your order, not a vague promise.

We stand behind eligible purchases

If something goes wrong within the protection period, support starts from the order. Replacement, re-fulfillment, credit or refund follow the policy.

How can it cost less?

The short answer: we buy through channels that cost less than retail and pass a meaningful share of that difference on to you. We cannot publish every detail of our supply, but the customer-facing part is clear: the price, the retail comparison, what we need, and the expected delivery time appear before checkout.

A fair question

“But is it identical to buying directly from Spotify or Google?” Not always. There can be differences in delivery, renewal, protection, and what is covered. We explain those differences on every product page before you pay.
